Cancellation / Refund Policy

Refund of ERIP 2015 Conference registration fee, less an administrative fee of US$25, will be made if written notice of the cancellation is postmarked or received in the ERIP email account no later than Sept. 15, 2015. Registrants whose cancellation requests are postmarked or received electronically after Sept. 15, 2015, will not be issued a refund. Cancellation of registration for this event must be made in writing and emailed to erip2015@vcu.edu or mailed to

Substitute attendees will be permitted (with appropriate documentation) until Sept. 15, 2015.

Photography Notice

Be aware that by participating in the 2015 ERIP Conference, you are automatically authorizing the Latin American Studies Association and its Ethnicity, Race and Indigenous Peoples section (hereinafter “LASA” and “ERIP”) and its employees, agents and assigns to use your name, photograph, voice or other likeness for purposes related to the mission of LASA, including but not limited to publicity, marketing, websites, other electronic forms of media, and promotion of LASA and its various programs.
