ERIP Conference 2015

Engage

There are many opportunities to be involved in the ERIP conference.

Present

ERIP is currently accepting proposals for papers, panels and poster presentations.

Volunteer

Students and members of the Richmond community are encouraged to volunteer for this unique opportunity that will bring more than 400 scholars to Richmond from all around the world. Some ways to volunteer include:

•Book Exhibit
Monitor the ERIP book exhibit during exhibit hours. Involves sitting and answering questions.

•Directional Staff
Help attendees find their way around the conference. Directional Staff receive a conference map and FAQ sheet to assist them. This job involves walking and answering questions.

•Registration Desk
Work at the ERIP registration desk during the conference. Give attendees their registration badges and mateials at check-in and answer general questions.

•Sessions Monitors
Monitor a group of session rooms to keep talks running smoothly. Report any problems to conference staff. This job involves walking, answering some questions, and being available if speakers need assistance.

•Miscellaneous Helper
Assist with activities or needs as they arise.

Exhibitors

Exhibiting at the 2015 ERIP Conference will put you in touch with hundreds of scholars, researchers and other leaders in the field. They will come to learn, gather ideas, and shop. Many will cite the exhibit hall among the conference highlights—creating a prime opportunity for exhibitors to make a strong impression.

Additional information about exhibiting at the conference will be coming soon!
